Event Description

Relations between central government, local governments, professional chambers, civil society, and the private sector are sometimes constrained by rigid procedures and protocols. This session will discuss how diverse actors can interact within these limitations and create opportunities for collaboration. Strategies for overcoming bureaucratic obstacles, seizing opportunities, and governing cities with a renewed understanding will be explored through multiple perspectives.
